You watch as a slice of salmon is placed carefully on warm rice.

That moment lives in this dial.
Finished in salmon pink, it features a delicate scaled texture reminiscent of traditional seigaiha waves, repeating, flowing, endlessly balanced.

In the center, a crisp white minute track forms an octagon, subtly nodding to the diamond cut shape, the signature of this series.

Surrounding it, full Roman numerals add a classic twist, making the design feel both refined and easy to wear.

The polished rectangular stainless steel case and black leather strap complete the look  clean, balanced, and quietly confident.
