Package Your Items
Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Motel De tags are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your local authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
